Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours to process.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Jeta regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. To take advantage of these, the following terms must be observed:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (betting turnover). For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets for a ৳1,000 bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously — a new bonus cannot be accepted until the wagering requirements of the current one are fully met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5 — any bets placed at lower odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Jeta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on jeta:

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (ten BDT) per bet.
• Maximum Bet: Varies by user level and game type — limits are shown in your dashboard.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, staked funds will be refunded.
• If a bet is registered after the odds have changed, the original odds at the time of placement will remain valid.
• Jeta bears no liability for disconnections during live betting until a bet has been confirmed.

All betting outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority. In the event of a dispute, jeta's decision shall be final.

Jeta operates as an honest and transparent platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts or using a family member's account to abuse bonuses.
• Match-fixing or attempting to manipulate betting outcomes artificially.
• Bots, automated software, or strategic arbitrage betting.
• Hacking, phishing, or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing other users or misusing the chat system.

Jeta may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• No transactions for 12 consecutive months (inactive account).
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is detected.
• Upon your own request — you may voluntarily close your account at any time.

Inactive accounts may be charged an administrative fee of ৳200 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) per month. We recommend withdrawing your balance before account closure.

Jeta takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Information we collect includes:

• Personal information provided at registration (name, email, phone).
• Payment and transaction records.
• Gaming history and activity logs.
